What we do
The term vended/coin laundry is defined as commercial-grade, self-service laundry equipment placed in service a retail space. Vended laundries generally occupy the retail space on long-term leases (10-25 years) and generate steady cash flow over the life of the lease. Vended laundries are a unique small business in that there is no inventory or receivables.
CLEC offers a wide range of products to serve the needs of nursing homes, hotels, motels, hospitals, fire and rescue facilities, salons, spas, municipalities and other facilities. Whether you need to handle 20 pounds or a million pounds of laundry daily, we have the products and design expertise to fit your need.
Representing the premier brands in the industry doesn’t mean much unless you have equally exceptional service and support after the sale. We pride ourselves on having highly experienced and factory trained service technicians who use only genuine parts in their work. This guarantees your equipment operates just as it did when it was shipped from the factory.
